My startup ethos is: Organize, Focus and Execute. My clients oftentimes find themselves at a crossroads, where the fog of entrepreneurship obscures the opportunity that beckons from each path. By clearing your mind and laying out your opportunities, a 'less obscure' path usually presents itself. I help facilitate this process through focused dialogue.
I'm also a big believer in the Customer Development model of building companies. By focusing on the customer, young companies can survive in a scrappy, resource-constrained environment. Great progress and tangible value are derived through this Focus. I help entrepreneurs define their customer and organize their business (financing, partnerships, resources, marketing) to enable day-to-day progress.
Last and most important, Execute. In the crazy world of startups, nothing gets done without executing on a vision. Entrepreneurs require mental stamina and must surround themselves with people passionate for their success. I only take on clients with ideas that I'm passionate about. |
